An annual soundboard survey is conducted within our organization in a bid to better understand the working climate, how employees feel about the organization in terms of the work, career progression and compensation.
In the wake of this survey, a former colleague (not part of our division) who was making his final rounds around work opined that our division was akin to Disneyland. A place of refuge within a warring world where other divisions were likened to Bosnia and Middle East. *bemused*
It's days like these that remind me how fortunate I am to be in a division where there are like-minded, fun-loving, non-political individuals that make corporate life so much more pleasant.
