Post eating and fact checking with a few foodie blogs, realised we had eaten at the competitor's outlet while the original store had moved to Bedok! Oh well, it was a good experience anyways and the mee pok was better than normal. However, this would not be a POV driver (for me) unless I happen to be in the vicinity.
We also had a chance to try Les Saveurs at St Regis thanks to Ed's cousin who had a voucher for another tummy bursting meal. Apart from the lovely presentation, the key highlights for me were the deceptively simple split pea soup (where there was alot of fan fare in the pouring) and the lamb couscous which was not too gamey while the pumpkin puree was nice. While this was a pleasant dining experience, think we'll wait for another voucher/special promotion before returning.

| Morning out at East Coast Park: Post strenuous exercise, we happily carbo loaded at this famous mee pok store at Siglap. |

| Remaining courses: For mains we had either Cod or Lamb couscous while the split pea soup was as good as it looked! Dessert was a chocolate bar which was alright I guess... |
