A Family Affair

My brother is finally back in Singapore (for good) after a year's stint in Qingdao for work. As it's been quite rare for the entire family to have a meal together, his birthday was a good opportunity to gather and make time at House, which I'm glad they enjoyed.

Aside from the excellent food as always (which I resisted taking since this would be my Xth photo of the same squid ink paella), it was a good time to just catch up, hear more about his life and chill out as a family.

As I looked around the table, thought this would be a photoworthy moment to remember 5 or even 10 years down the road when the ravages of age are more evident on our faces:

Now you know, I kid you not when I say I like House enough for brunch, lunch and dinner. Speaking of brunch, attempted to be adventurous the other day. Check here for more updates. =)
