My first watchnight service at PPH was quite interesting. Unlike my previous church, the programme was more fluid and there was time allocated for people to share any thanksgiving items or reflections. It was also really beautiful hearing both the Chinese and English congregation singing together in their respective languages.
Towards the end, there was a 'family dance' segment which was quite good fun. Unfortunately the steps got too complicated for us old foggies although I was glad to learn a new song:
